The Ask:
LiftMaster asked us to incentivize their trade-up and leverage recent research insights to humanize benefit language and help dealers communicate the value of upgrading their garage door opener.
Creative Solution:
As the lead copywriter for this project, I simplified the upgrade decision with a clear good/better/best lineup that translated features into everyday benefits, making it easy for dealers to guide customers to the right choice.
The Pro Standard
The Ask:
Following the strong performance of the sell sheet, we were asked to drive sell-through of new LiftMaster models and generating leads through dealer supported social and digital channels
Creative Solution:
As lead copywriter, I created the concept “The Pro Standard” to position LiftMaster as the gold standard—trusted by pros for it’s high-quality performance and security. The campaign framed LiftMaster as the brand professionals recommend and install, pairing benefit-led messaging with clear CTAs to drive upgrade conversion.

The Ask:
The client requested updates to previously approved creative to continue driving consumer trade-up. As part of this effort, the team was asked to develop a radio spot to extend the campaign into local markets.
