Quarterly Signage: National Merchandising Campaign
The Ask:
Citi asked us to develop a National Merchandising Campaign with new interior and exterior branch signage across retail locations nationwide. Each quarter, the campaign highlights key banking products and limited-time offers, including checking, savings, mortgages, and wealth services. The goal was to create clear and engaging messaging that captures attention, while helping customers quickly understand Citi’s latest benefits and promotions.
Creative Solution:
We created a cohesive set of branch posters designed to bring Citi’s offerings to life through simple, benefit-focused messaging and approachable lifestyle imagery.
CITI/AADVANTAGE Globe Card - Direct Mailer
The Ask:
Citi challenged us to create a direct mail package to introduce the NEW Citi/AAdvantage Globe Card. They wanted to blend the compelling promotional offer with aspirational messaging that resonated with consumers seeking elevated international travel and lifestyle experiences.
Creative Solution:
My partner and I developed the “Get There” concept, building the campaign on the belief that travel is more than just reaching a destination, it's about everything that happens along the way. We positioned the Globe Card as more than a financial product but gateway to going further and getting more out of every journey. The work inspires both aspiration and immediate action.

Citi tasked us with creating consumer email messaging that follow the direction of our “Get There” Direct Mail creative
Creative Solution:
We created adaptable mobile and desktop emails to allow the client to easily update the offer as needed. We kept the overall visual branding, messaging and tone for alignment with the Direct Mail(DM) package.
